NationalWork Committee Executive Qualifications, Conditions and Procedures

1.The qualifications, conditions and procedures for the appointment of thechairman, honorary chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and deputysecretary-general;

1.1 Qualifications

(1) Chairman, Honorary Chairman, ViceChairman

The National Work Committees implement the chairman responsibilitysystem and are fully responsible for organizing the implementation of the WorldTrade Association and its serial conferences in various countries, the primaryselection of world brands, the basic data collection of wibeis, and the healthydevelopment and promotion of international brands.In principle, the chairmanmust be a management expert in a certain field or industry at the nationallevel; or he has become a comprehensive national leader at the national level;or has won the Nobel Prize (based on the Natural Science Award, excluding thePeace Prize or the Literature Award). ); or one of the world's fourauthoritative individual awards recognized by the UN Commission on the WorldTrade Organization.

Thehonorary chairman must have held leadership positions at or above the nationallevel (including sub-national level);

Inprinciple, the vice-chairman must also be a management expert in a certainfield or industry at the national level (excellent conditions can be relaxed tothe provincial and ministerial level).The Vice-Chairman assists the Chairman inhis work and is responsible to the Chairman. The Chairman goes out and theVice-Chairman acts on his behalf.

(2)Secretary-General, DeputySecretary-General

Under theleadership of the chairman and vice-chairman, the Secretary-General presidesover the daily work of the World Trade Association.Responsible for theorganization and implementation of meetings, conferences, and major events.TheSecretary-General must have strong organizational and writing skills, and haveexperience in organizing and managing major events and conferences; inprinciple, he has a doctoral degree (including doctoral degree) or above, andis healthy and dignified.

TheUnder-Secretary-General assisted the Secretary-General in his work andorganized specific management in accordance with the arrangements.

1.2 Qualifications

(1)The above-mentioned personnel aresenior management personnel of the working committees of various countries. Thestaff members must agree with the quality brand concept of the United NationsWorld brand Commission. They must firmly safeguard the interests of the UNWorld Brand Development Committee and resolutely implement and completethe  "World International Brand UNDevelopment Outline" and "United Nations World International BrandDeclaration"of the UN WIBDC and WCOIB ;

(2)The above personnel must havestrong principles, love public welfare, have a selfless quality and aninternationalist spirit; and have sufficient time and ability to complete thecorresponding work;

(3) The above personnel must sign aperformance letter of commitment and provide personal development plans andgoals for performance;

(4) Around the outline of the work of the United NationsWorld brand Commission, professional executives need to provide work planningand implementation work plans for professional organizations;

(5) Other materials that need to beprovided.

1.3 Serviceprocedures

(1) individual application for,organization recommendation, expert recommendation, national recommendation ofeach country; (with Chinese and English resume);

(2) Provide a copy of your personal IDcard, passport, and various honors and achievements (above the provincial andministerial level, excluding the provincial and ministerial level);

(3) The review, research, and investigation of the WorldFood Commission of the United Nations World Food Commission, researchdecisions, and formation of meeting minutes;

(4) 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18months of actual work test period;

(5) UN WIBDC and WCOIB Chairman or Vice-Chairman Issue(appointment document, work permit, letter of appointment) (subject tosignature);

(6) Announcement of the officialwebsite of the United Nations World Brand Committee (subject to publicannouncement on the official website).

Attachment: If the chairpersons of theworking committees of the countries have been confirmed, the remainingpersonnel shall be reported after the signature of the chairman of the workingcommittee of each country.

1.4 Appointmentdocuments

Appointment documents, appointmentletters and work permits issued by the United Nations World Brand Committee tofulfill the rights and duties of each position (position);


2.Professionalcommittee qualifications (conditions) and procedures

2.1Qualifications (conditions)

(1) Must be an authoritative expert ina certain field or industry; or have become a leading talent at the nationallevel or above (including national level) in all walks of life in the world; atleast should have senior titles.

(2) Must recognize the United Nationsworld brand committee quality, brand concept, must resolutely safeguard theinterests of UN WIBDC and WCOIB “world brand UN development program” and “theUN world international brand declaration”;

(3) Devoted to the work of the UnitedNations World Brand Committee, loves public welfare, has strong principles, hasthe unparalleled quality and internationalism; and has sufficient time andability to complete the corresponding work of each working committee;

(4) It is necessary to sign aperformance letter of commitment and provide personal development plans andobjectives for performance;

(5) Carry out work around the outlineof the work of the United Nations World Brand Committee, and provide workplanning and implementation work plans;

(6) Other materials that need to beprovided.

2.2 Serviceprocedures

(1) Individual declaration,organization recommendation, expert recommendation, national nationalrecommendation; (with resume)

(2) Provide a copy of your personal IDcard, passport, and various honors and achievements (above the provincial andministerial level, excluding the provincial and ministerial level);

(3) The UN WIBDC and WCOIB review,research and investigation, study and decide, and form meeting minutes;

(4) 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18months of actual work test period;

(5) The Chairman of The WIBDC andWCOIB or the Executive Chairman shall issue appointment documents, appointmentletters and work permits (subject to the signature);

(6) The official website of The WIBDCand WCOIB will be announced (subject to the public announcement of the officialwebsite).

Attachment: If the chairpersons of theworking committees of the countries have been confirmed, the remainingpersonnel shall be reported after the signature of the chairman of the workingcommittee of each country.

2.3 Appointmentdocuments

Appointment documents, appointmentletters and work permits shall be issued by The UN WIBDC and WCOIB to fulfillthe rights and duties of each position (post);
